About Kathryn Gantt, MHS, RD, LDN, RYT 200

Kathryn Gantt is an eating disorder dietitian, certified yoga instructor and a mom of two. She is the owner of Kathryn Gantt Nutrition where she uses her years of nutrition training, eating disorder experience and yoga to help people change their relationship with food and their bodies. Kathryn focuses her work on pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, mindful/intuitive eating, Health at Every Size (HAES) and non-diet approaches when counseling clients. Kathryn also serves on the executive board of the WNC International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.
